All orders received on estatemonkeys.com are ‘Made-to-Order’ and customised as per your requirements. Coffee Products belong to perishable food items category and refund/ return/ exchange offer is not applicable on any of the products listed on our website.
Damages and issues:
However the item is eligible for return if you have received a damaged or wrong item. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, and notify within 3 days, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can always contact us for any return question at info@estatemonkeys.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
