Every order placed on estatemonkeys.com is roasted fresh and made to order. Your coffee is never sitting on a shelf — it is prepared the moment you place your order.
Order Processing
Please allow 1 to 2 business days for your order to be roasted, rested and packed before dispatch. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.
Shipping — India
We ship across India via Shiprocket, Amazon Logistics and India Post.
Estimated delivery timeframes once dispatched:
- Metro cities — 2 to 3 business days
- All other locations — within 7 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier availability and other circumstances beyond our control. Estate Monkeys is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes or changes in freight policies.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
International Shipping
We are currently exploring international shipping. If you are based outside India and would like to place an order, please contact us at info@estatemonkeys.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. While we do everything we can to ensure safe and timely delivery, Estate Monkeys is not responsible for loss or damage caused by courier partners once the order has been dispatched. In such cases, please contact the respective courier directly with your tracking number.
Refund & Replacement Policy
As all Estate Monkeys products are made to order and belong to the perishable food category, we do not accept returns, exchanges or offer refunds for change of mind purchases.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please inspect it upon delivery and contact us within 3 days at info@estatemonkeys.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will evaluate and make it right.
Please note — items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return request is received and approved, you will be notified via email and your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2 to 5 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
We are unable to process refunds on sale items or gift cards.
